MY LEASESWith Rentate's Lease Management Module you will never forget to collect money from your Tenants or renew the lease. all managed leases are categorized into three types: Active (current leases), Pending (new, pending for activation), Archived (old, expired and/or terminated leases). At the same time leases can be filter by building and/or specific location.
It is up to you to configure and record each lease - it might be monthly lease, annual or any other fixed period. And it is again up to you when and how to receive payments - the system will remind you due dates.
